Mapping Subdomain to WordPress.com blog

  We are trying to get about.benefix.us to map to our WordPress.com blog.

  We’ve added the CNAME and about.benefix.us says ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’

  When I try to add about.benefix.us to ‘Map a Domain’ it says ‘Sorry, about.benefix.us has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.’

  Can you help, please?

  Hi @rylanbenefix , sorry about that – it apparently didn’t recognize the subdomain. But I was able to map this for you from our end using the domain credit.
