When I typed in “thestupidcommonman.com” on Explorer, it takes
me to “mohammedrafiqlodhia.wordpress.com”Not sure why would you get to the blog. Yes, I also made sure that
the base blog “mohammedrafiqlodhia.wordpress.com” was also
set to “allow search engines to index this site.”There must be something wrong somewhere.

Where are we going wrong? I paid $ 13 to map the domain. That
part is alright. Not an issue.I changed the name servers on “GoDaddy.” That is done alright
too. Honestly speaking, I am totally confused.“whythesilence.com” is working fine. This domain is with “GoDaddy”
and the blog is with WordPress. The only thing is that the name servers on this blog was not changed to your servers.Rafiq

Galois, I typed it again and it takes me to the base blog which I do
want it to go to.I wish I can send you the screen shot. Let me try another computer
at my home. -

NOPE. I tried with another computer and it goes again to the
“mohammedrafiqlodhia.wordpress.com” blog.This is tragic as it defeats the purpose of creating the blog only
to find that it directs back to my base blog.Somewhere, something went wrong. I do not quite know, Galois.

My son is young and he is computer savvy. Let me ask him as to
how to fix the browser cookie issue. I will revert back with you.Even when you type “thestupidcommonman.com” it goes to
the base blog. Well then, why does your computer do that?In short, there got to be something wrong in the mapping!

It’s a problem of your browser, your computer or your router. -
Can you kindly check as to how the primary domain is set up with
WordPress. I forgot where to look at it. -
This thing got to work. We will figure it out what went wrong. I use Comcast internet services.
Note that everything was working fine when it was with “GoDaddy.”
Then the YouTube was dis-functioning and the advise given by your
team was to try to domain mapping.If I go back to “Go Daddy” then it will work, but the YouTube links
will again cause all the frictions. That is why we got to make sure
that when anyone type the name of blog, it should be directed to
that particular blog and not base blog. -

You have some sort of local caching issue – both @galois & I see the proper URL just like what you want to see
because of caching issues you will be the last one to see the changes – that is just the way it works –
