Mapping the domain Name

  Hi,

  I have two domains:
  sabhasathyam.com
  sabhasathyam.wordpress.com

  I recently renewed my subscription for sabhasathyam.com I purchased the domain mapping on 2012/12/13. The Receipt ID for my payment is: 3040210.

  In my dashboard, when i click on manage domain subscriptions for sabhasathyam.com, I get the error “the upgrade expired on 13 october 2012”, with the link to edit DNS. When i click on Edit DNS, I get the message to add NS1.Wordpress.com and NS2.Wordpress.com. Please let me know what is to be done to activate sabhasathyam.com once again. Please sent me a detailed description.

  There are many bloggers awaiting Staff assistance who posted before you did. Staff respond to threads with the earliest dates first and then move forward. Please be patient while waiting.

  It looks like you let your domain name expire for sabhasathyam.com and as such can’t be renewed as it looks like the domain name has reverted to the wild – try purchasing the domain name (not renew) from your Dashboard >> store – with domains that have been mapped in the past you might need the staff to clear part of your registration for you – this has been flagged for the staff to help you

  Hi there,

  Your domain did expire in October. You can attempt to re-purchase it, however there is no guarantee that the domain registrar will re-release it; I am sorry.

  I have refunded your domain mapping (what you purchased) and removed the mapping so you can map a new domain to your site.
