Mapping/pointing gone wrong

  Hi there… I am in urgent need of help.. I built a new site on wix and wanted my old blog site with wordpress.com to be mapped/pointed to my new site. I stupidly not knowing exactly what i’m doing have messed with what seems to be the dns settings of my wordpress blog and now it’s not loading. Is there any way of getting it back to normal as I have decided I would like to keep the blog as is. Basically how do I restore my blog back to default so that I can continue to use it? Thank you…. my wordpress site is http://www.bodybeat.me
