Mappint of my domain
-
My original site was:
<http://mytaxsite.wordpress.com> and I also added my own domain called:
<http://www.mytaxsite.co.uk>
now whenever I type either of the two addresses I get an error message. I have updated my registrar’s website from their control panel. If there anything else I need to do: The changes I have made are still there as shown by this whois search:
It could be I need to wait for 48 hours but let me know if there is anything else to be done. I am about to deal with email so that Google hosts my emails but this has nothing to do with WP I am sure about that.
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Domain name propagation throughout the internet can take up to 72 hours but rarely ever does. I am in Canada on the far west coast (well, actually in the Pacific Ocean as I’m on an island) and the redirect to your domain is working for me. You can check the progress here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/

So do you see my site by typing any of these?:
or:
or
http://mytaxsite.wordpress.com
Thanks for checking it for me.

I have checked all threee again and as I said above the redirect is working. Note that any “www” URLs s direct just as they should to the URL without the “www”.

It seems so but please don’t fret and whatever you do don’t start changing any links. The URLs on your Dashboard/Admin side of a domain mapped blog will be .wordpress.com sub-domain URLs and that’s normal. What visitors will see is domain URLs. I’m saying this because we get bloggers who have started changing links – don’t do anything like that – just relax, okay? :)
