Margin spacing around images

  Hi,
  Now that the Advanced Settings tab has vanished from the Edit Image menu, how do I go about adding a margin around my book covers? Here’s an example of the result I want to obtain:
  http://cclblog.wordpress.com/2014/03/22/fiction-a-to-z-picks-from-our-march-newsletter/ (10px margin between each book cover).
