Margins

Hello, I am having a hard time with my margins and padding for my content and header. I would like my content to overlap my header so that the pictures line up with the navigation menu on the left hand side. However, if the content is lined up with the nav menu, the links no longer are clickable. The navigation links are only clickable if the content is below the header. Is there anyway to fix this?

A good idea would be to reach out to the theme developers here: https://oceanwp.org/support/ – it sounds like you would need some custom CSS to make the website behave as you require.
