  I just bought a plan for the domain mariangelaparra.com for my wife but I cant see the login info for it… I had put my email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) as the email connected to it. Now I can’t log in.

  Your email is not the email connected to your the WordPress.com account that mariangelaparra.com is under.

  There is another WordPress.com account that the domain was purchased under. Do you have access to that account or remember the login credentials?

  Ah okay. For the domain contact email. If you did not yet, please do go ahead and click to verify.

  However, this account you’re logged into now isn’t an admin on that site. What you can do is have her add you as a site admin or editor. Here’s how:

  We can’t give out the email address on the forum, but did you set it up with your wife’s email account, or a business account perhaps? Can you check those to see if you have mail from WordPress.com in them?

  You can also email passwordhelp@wordpress.com to talk to the account recovery team. If you do, please include a transaction ID from a recent payment, as well as the site name and what not.
