Markdown support – not seen in Settings/Writing

  I have seen posts such as on this page https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/markdown-block/ to enable MarkDown support. But in Settings/Writing for http://andnotary.co.uk, there is no option to turn on markdown support.

  How do I enable it?

  Any help would be gratefully received.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
