Marketpress coupon not working

    I have Marketpress Ecommerce set up with my site with Paypal connected to accept payments. There is a coupon option, available with the free version, and I have coupons set up, but there’s no where in the checkout process to input a coupon code. The Marketpress ‘help’ is outdated and still has coupon instructions describing how to set it up when it was still an add on. Now that it’s included without being an addon, why isn’t it prompting for a coupon in checkout? What am I missing?
