marrying ASP.NET website with WordPress

  Hey,

  As a disclaimer, I am not the developer, not near being an accomplished programmer, my focus is on marketing and company image.

  I am wanting to start a new blog, preferably as a sub-domain to our company’s website. The website is coded in ASP.NET (Microsoft). WordPress being open source, what would be the best approach?
