Mass Edit Product Pricing with Multiple Variants per product

    Hi all,

    We have thousands of products that all need their pricing updated yearly. Each product can have upwards of 7 variations. We want to figure out a better way to update the pricing without going product by product, colour by colour. it is way too time consuming.

    Hi @bumoutdoor,

    Updating thousands of variations one by one is definitely a headache. Do you already keep your product database in a spreadsheet or similar data source?

    If so, the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter in WooCommerce is your best path. It handles variations natively, so you can export your full catalog, apply a pricing formula across all SKUs and color variations in OpenOffice, Google Sheets, or Excel, then import it back. One crucial detail: check “Update existing products” during import, otherwise it will create duplicates instead of syncing your new prices.
