  Can you add more details as staff will respond here in due course. Do you wish to close your site down and cancel the domain/renewal of that site? You should be able to do that yourself from your dashboard but I believe you’ll need to log out of this account and log back in to your other account that is associated with that domain for staff to assist you further.
