Mast of my own domain – what about exisitng backlinks?

    Hi,

    I’m thinking about upgrading and becoming master of my own domain however I already have a good number of quality backlinks to my blog in place. What happens if I do upgrade and someone clicks on one of the old backlinks?

    They still go to the right place – your visitor will however see your new mapped domain name in their browser address bar – all the old links will continue to work – each of your Posts & Pages will have two different URL’s that work
