  Hello, for my blog I need a matching tool, like it is used for dating or couchsurfing. I.e. I need a tool / Plugin where I can configure the fields people should fill in and that afterwards the registered users can search according to certain search criterias.
  Does a plug in for wordpress.com exist?

  What you want to do cannot be done on a wordpress.COM blog. You need to hire a web host and set up a wordpress.ORG software install.
