maths in a custom form

    Hello, I’d like to write a custom form with maths symbols.
    However, the traditionnal solution $latex 2^4$ doesn’t work.
    The real code is :
    [contact-form][contact-field label=' $latex 2^4 =$' type='radio' options='16,-8,1/16,8,-16'/][/contact-form]

    How can I solve my problem ? Thanks
