Mature Blog Question

  I want to register for another blog and mark it as “mature” so that i can add artwork. My question is, if i then put a link to the “mature” blog in the sidebar of this blog, would it then make this blog “mature” aswell, or have any other effect on this blog in any way? Thank you.
