  Hi mavright3533,

  do you mean wordpress.com free domain?
  In this case go to Add a New Site in My Site menu, when you are asked to give an adress, type something that you like and if it’s available there will be an option like yourchoosenname.wordpress.com.

  In case you want another, more personalized domain line something.com, in the same place type the name and choose your extension. This option is only in paid plans, so you will be followed with plans options.
