Maxes wedding when i copt it to paste it in an e mail not formatting

    When I copy and paste my blog into an e mail is is not correctly formatted, in the past it was always perfect. Can you recommend a way to automate sending my blog out to a 1000 people?

    Hi Ed,

    What you can do is add the Email and Print buttons in Settings > Sharing of your Dashboard. Then when you view the individual posts you can email the post via email (you would have to do this one at a time so probably not recommended if you need to do this for 1000 people).

    You can also view the post via the print button, save it as a PDF and attach it to the email or copy/paste those contents into the body of the email.

    Another more convenient way would be to send out an email for people to subscribe to your blog. Once they subscribe they can receive email notifications every time you publish a post. I highly recommend this way so that only people who want to receive the email notifications will receive them. You can add a Follow Blog widget so that people can follow your blog just by clicking a button (they don’t have to be WordPress.com users either).
