Maximum File Uploads

Hi, I’m trying to upload images onto our blog draft and it will not let me upload any image that isn’t extremely blurry, almost unseeable. This is because it comes up with a sign saying ‘This file exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.’.

I have tried to change this on the blog’s settings (the maximum pixel size) but it hasn’t changed anything.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  • Hi there –

Thanks for writing to us. The blog has exceeded the free storage limit of 3gb. This is why the images aren’t rendering properly, it doesn’t really have to do with the size of the image file. There’s a message in the media library on https://deliciouseventsagencyblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php showing this too.

All you need to do is upgrade your plan to increase the storage limits. It’s also going to allow you to register a custom domain, and get access to more advanced features for helping y’all build a successful web presence.

The personal plan will double your current storage limit to 6gb. Paying for the annual price versus monthly will also save money.
