Is this for your ecommerce plan?
The last payment we received for that plan was on 4 April.
When we attempted to charge your card for renewal in May, it failed due to the charge being declined by your credit card company. That’s the only information we have, so you’ll need to contact them directly to find out why they declined that charge.
We sent an email on 5 May explaining that we’ve been unable to renew the plan, and that you’ll need to renew it manually.
On 11 May, when the plan wasn’t renewed, it was removed from your account and your site downgraded back to the free plan.
We no longer offer the ecommerce plan, but if you want to continue using plugins on your site, you can upgrade to our new and cheaper Pro Plan to gain access to those features again. Once you’ve upgraded, contact live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, and our team there can help you restore a backup of your site from before the plan expired.
