    Hello support team,
    My site uthenthawai.org look like It got hacked, the backend can not Log in and the landing page changed to Apollo Studio. please help.

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Because the site is not hosted with WordPress.com, we can’t access it and work toward a resolve for you. The original hosting provider would be able to provide access to the site.

    If you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan! We have information about all that it offers here:
