  Hello,

  Could you please send me as soon as possible a REAL (detailed) receipt for the 2 upgrades (Custom Design & Subdomain Mapping) we have suscribed to, please?

  I am not satisfied with your last answer (July 20th) because it just mentions the references of the first upgrade (now, there are 2 upgrades), it is not a receipt.

  I am looking forward to hear from you, thank you for your help.

  I’m sorry, but we cannot generate invoices.

  I can re-send more detailed receipts to the email address on file, but I’ll need to receive the request from the account that owns the upgrades. This particular account does not own any upgrades.
