May I install these plugin on my wordpress.com?

woocommerce and woodojo are very useful for my wordpress website. Please allow me to ask the following question:
1. May I install them directly by myself?
2. If not, what can I do if I need their feathers?
3. Is there a FTP function to let me backup my wordpress and database?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, on wordpress.COM you are not allowed to install any plugins. The first plugin you are interested in an e-commerce one, and wordpress.COM blogs aren’t the best suited for ecommerce, as you can only sell things that you yourself have made, and you can do that through a Paypal button only. The other one, I’m not too sure what that does.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/You may be interested in a wordpress.ORG self-hosted blog, where you have FTP access, and can install plugins, and sell whatever you like, and have advertising.
