  Is there a phone number that I can call and talk to support and ask questions? Mine is [removed]
  The header I saw in the example was a full screen one, but after I apply and activate the template, the header became half of its original size. Did I do something wrong?

  The Demo for The Gateway Theme has a logo added overtop of the header image. Did you try adding a logo?

  So I hope this clarify my issue a bit more. The demo has a big header with a picture of the city of Manhattan. But after I implemented the theme to my site, the header was cut-off to be only half of the original. How can I fix it?

  I think the problem is because I didn’t active Flexible Header for my site. How do I activate it?

  Hi!

  I noticed you’re using the theme Gateway on your site havenproperties.wordpress.com.

  In order to configure that big header, it’s necessary to set a Static Home Page by following this guide:

  Set the Homepage

  Thank you staff-bassist ! I did not realize that a Static Home Page was needed in order to achieve the large header image.
