I just registered a domain name, and paid for mapping and private registration. Then I realized I’d need to go to wordpress.org for more flexibility in my site design, and get a separate hosting company. That’s all fine, but I’m wondering about the mapping fee — still necessary? Also, I sent a question about canceling my domain name before I realized I could keep it registered here and just use a different host, and I’m afraid they’ll cancel the registration. I haven’t heard back all day, and am concerned about the 48 hour refund period expiring before I get some help! Is there any way to get in touch with anyone?? How do I make sure they don’t cancel my domain name registration?

Thanks, I realized that after I posted. Unfortunately, the 48 hr limit doesn’t mention anything about business days…

I want refund too… I sent a email to Support Team but there is no answer… the bill is already in my credit card…

@queroficarlinda: As long as you sent your email within 48 hours of your purchase, you should be eligible for a refund.
