I FILED a DMCA complaint. I listed 54 examples of my stolen copyright. I got a single reply saying seven of my complaints were deemed “fair use.” You do not GET to decide fair use. That is for the courts. I am engaged in a court case now with the person who has stolen my copyrighted material. WordPress chooses to do nothing, except give me half-assed answers that show they didn;t even read my comment.
The website is Hogewash.com. You have my complaints. Act on them, or be called as co-defendants.

Dude, I’ve told you before: You’ve got the staff contact info. Use it. If you want to go to court, go ahead. But posting in the forums only ties this whole thing closer to your online identy.
And no, generally speaking staff do not read threads in the forums unless they are flagged for their attention. Since you have said you are ALREADY in touch with staff, ain’t nobody flagging this for them.
If you prepare for court the same way you prepare for posting in forums, you’re going down in expensive flames.

I did file a DMCA complaint, rainy. They ignored it. I filed 54 URLS containing stolen material. They ignored it. And we have standards for co-conspirators. I’ll send you an application, but no promises.
