Maybe I’m just not cut out for Word Press…

So, I don’t know if I am completely dense when it comes to the computer world or if maybe I am just not meant to venture among blogging. I cannot figure out, for the life of me, how to install WordPress on my PC. I download it fine… But what’s the next step after opening the zip file? I am so utterly confused. Same thing with new themes people make that I have actually paid for – and don’t know how to apply. Can anyone be super patient with me and help???

WordPress blogs don’t work on your own PC. If you want a blog on the web, you have to get webspace and put the blog there.
