  Aloha maytheemoss, WordPress.com uses Gravatar to power the avatars (profile pictures) here. You can change your avatar using these steps:

  • Visit My Profile Settings
  • Click the avatar (image) in the top left to Update Profile Photo
  • When the popup appears, click Sign in with WordPress.com to log in to Gravatar with your WordPress.com account
  • Select one of the options to change your image.
