  Hi. My webmaster has moved away and cannot be reached. I have decided that I should just learn how to become my own webmaster because I now have the time to do this. Unfortunately, because she did all the work, I have no access to the info you need such as transaction ID, etc. Are you able to retrieve this info if I spoke to someone?

  MBCTOttawa.com is currently pointing to a site hosted by Bluehost so please contact them if you have lost your login details or post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:

  I have no access to the info you need such as transaction ID, etc.

  The account recovery form can only be used for sites hosted on WordPress.com — it can’t be used for MBCTOttawa.com because the site is not hosted on our severs.
