  I had successfully set everything up with an API key and subscribe form. Everything worked well for 24 hours. Today if someone tries to sign up it displays ‘Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.‘
  As administrator it states it’s not connected & there is an error code 503.
  What has gone wrong?
