McAfee Site Advisor PopUp
-
I just opened my blog last night and everything was working great. Today I got on and McAfee keeps popping up saying that it has blocked content that comes from potentially dangerous or suspicious sites. Is it just mine or has anyone else had this issue? It is rather strange that it would be doing this since there isn’t anything on my blog that would cause that to happen. All of my anti-virus and malware software is up to date as well.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We cannot access any metadata on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and insert any site advisor tags at all. Only those with WordPress.org sites can do that. Read the comparison here > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You will have to whitelist both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under those security programs. We cannot assist at this end of things.

Occasionally I’ve seen users who have inadvertently linked to a malware site (or to another site that did so, and got labeled as such by Google), and that can throw up a false positive. However, I just ran a Securi check on your site and it showed no security issues/malware:

It sounds like your best course of action from here is to follow timethief’s advice about whitelisting WordPress.com in McAfee.

No need to replay but I couldn’t recall the link to use but you posted it above and I have now noted it.
