  Hi @mmrc1947, no problem. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site and add billing information. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:

  I have one active blog account with WordPress, majorrcoleman.com. I have added a GSuite to that Premium account. I intend to begin this site soon, so please be patient.

  I own the premium account majorrcoleman.com which is a blog handling legal law enforcement issues. I trademarked majorrcolemanconsultants when miscommunications caused issues resulting in my present blog. It would be a trademark infringement for my name so please attach the aforementioned to this site somehow. Thanks

  @mmrc1947, for what it’s worth, the trouble still seems to be that you have two accounts and need to log into the correct one.

  Please go to https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Log out

  Then log into the account associated with the upgrades.
