  Are you looking for help on how to upload theme to your WordPress.com site?

  Note that you will need the WordPress.com Business plan to upload custom themes. If you are on the free WordPress.com plan, WordPress.com Personal plan or WordPress.com Premium plan, you will not be able to upload custom themes. If you are on either of these 3, you can pick free or premium themes from the WordPress.com themes showcase.

  If you have a WordPress.com Business plan, you can also upload your own custom theme on the same page. You will see a “Upload theme” button there. You can always reference this guide to see images showing detailed steps on how to do this.
