  Hi @ellethemost,
  If you are the owner & admin of the site, you can delete it by following the instructions given here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  NOTE: Deleting a site will delete all the contents associated with that site, which cannot be recovered and the address associated with the deleted site cannot be used by anyone again(not even by the owner).

  So if you just want to start over by keeping your current blog address you can empty your site, instead of deleting it.

  Also, since you have multiple sites, please make sure that you have switched to the site that you want to delete before actually deleting it.
