Meaning of reserved blog address?

  It does not seem that lailaliving.wordpress.com is a used/visible blog, however, when I try to register it, I am informed that it has been reserved.

  What does that mean? Can you park free blog addresses? That’s not very nice :/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is a user on WordPress.com with the username lailaliving. The address lailaliving.wordpress.com may only be claimed by that user.
