Measures of the image for site logo
-
Hi,
For what I’ve read, I guess that the site logo dimensions are fluid. But is there any recommended measures for the logo image? I have a 699×175 px image, and I’m trying to scale it, for it to be properly shown, but it’s hard to nail the exact size.
The blog I need help for is http://proyectosnavales.com

Hi there,
The Baskerville theme is designed to show site logos at a maximum height of 160px and a maximum width of 300px. If you would like to resize your logo to best fit the theme’s logo space, using those maximum dimensions should get you the best results.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Great! Thank you very much.
It wasn’t really difficult to find out (just a rule on the screen and some math, and I got a 298px width), but your confirmation is very welcome.
When trying a theme, the measures you explicitly provide (width of the column, of the header image, etc.) are a very useful information, so it would be even better if this information (logo max. measures) was included in the “quick specs” of the theme.
Thanks again!
