Hi there,
What exactly happens when you attempt to post photos? What device and app version are you using?
-
-
What about the device and app version that you’re using?
Also, can you confirm that the site you’re working on is madamekitson.wordpress.com?

Thanks. We need to know which version numbers you’re using on both things.
On the iPhone click on Settings – General
Look for the iOS version number. From the app click on Me from the bottom menu. Then click on Help & Support. You’ll see the app version number listed in the second set of items.

Thanks @madamekitsonkf — I see the issue. Go to https://wordpress.com/media/ and you’ll see a message in the upper right saying you’re out of space and need to upgrade.
We recommend against batch-deleting images from the media library. Any image you delete there will stop working on the site. Only remove an image if you’re positive it is not in use on the site at all.
The better option is to upgrade. Even upgrading to our Personal plan will double your media library space, and other plans have even more room. You’ll also get direct support, ad removal, and the option to use a custom domain, among other features.
In the meantime: sorry the phone app wasn’t clearer with the error! We’ll send that feedback along to our developers.

Ah, it looks like someone already reported the error:
https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-iOS/issues/4075And it seems different servers return different clues to our app, so making the messaging clearer is tough, given there are a few different problems that can cause this error.
But generally speaking, as the thread here points out, this message can be:
– a connectivity problem
– an unsupported file (this should be fixed)
– or an issue with free space
I hope that helps!
