  My photos and video inserted in my posts do not stay attached. Often titles given to media appears but the photo itself does not. When right clicking on the photo I get an error message of 404 – file not found

  Hello there!

  Could you please give me a link to a page/post or two where these broken images reside?

  I couldn’t find any on first glance.

  Just an FYI: If you have added an image in your media library, installed it on a page or post, then deleted the image from your media library, it will appear broken on your site.
