  I don’t find “add media” over the text box, i can just write without adding medias. what can i do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you an Editor or Admin of that site, or just an Author? Authors cannot add media.

  raincoaster meant to say that Contributors cannot post media. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#contributor

  And so what can i do to publish media? I have to say admins to let me become an admin?

  Editor. Not Admin.

  You can upload images somewhere else like Flickr and use HTML code to put them in the posts. Otherwise, you can’t do it.
