Add topic to favorites
I am trying to add a picture but there is no toolbar.

What is your site URL?

Are you receiving any error messages? Where exactly are you running in to trouble when following those instructions?

Hi Sarah,

The link you shared is only accessible to you. So we cannot see the error messages you’re receiving.

As staff-zinnia said, it’ll be great if you can share the error messages here. Or describe what happens when you try to follow the instructions in the support documentation.

We can only help when you describe where or on what step you’re stuck :)

Please try these instructions:

Click on My Sites in the upper left corner of the screen after signing in.

From the left hand menu click Blog Posts > Add

Now you are on the Post Editor screen. Underneath the grayed ‘Title’ is your toolbar. You are looking for the drop down arrow’ v ‘next to the ‘+’. It is the second icon from the left.

Once you click on the drop down arrow ‘v’ you will see the option to Add Media. Click on that option.

From here you can add media already within your library – Or Add New media from the blue button at the top of the media library.
