Media access not available

  When I try to add Media (photos) to my latest post, the ‘Media’ window is not taking me to the main library. Help!D

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to add photos via wp-admin or through front dashboard? I am able via wp-admin, but I see what you are referring to when trying through https://wordpress.com/post/. Are you just getting a blank white page when trying to add media?

  Hi
  I’m just trying to post a normal post. When I try to add photos to the post using the normal ‘media’ function, I’m getting blocked for some reason. I can see past library photos I posted in very large size and I seem to be unable to add any new photos. My blog is called HX Remore at michealdebarra.com

  Feel free to log onto my blog and trey to add photos as a trial. Thanks

  Hi there,

  While logged in under your account, I was able to insert an image from a media without issue.

  This sounds like this may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
