  My media button stopped working. When I click on it nothing happens.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  First, please make sure you have third-party cookies enabled:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  Then, please try logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your cache, and logging back in.

  If that doesn’t help, please try accessing your site in a different browser to see if that changes the behavior of the add Media button.

  If you’re still experiencing issues with it, please let me know which browsers (including versions) you’ve tried, and if you are running into any other issues with the functionality of WordPress.com, and I’d be happy to continue to troubleshoot this for you.
