Media Element CSS Files Loading when Podcast Module Disabled

/wp-includes/js/mediaelement/mediaelementplayer-legacy.min.css?ver=4.2.16
How can I fix it so that Jetpack stops loading the above two scripts that are completely unnecessary?
I have every module disabled in Jetpack but yet this still loads.
