Media Embed Glitch?

    Hi! Media embeds (Soundcloud, issuu, YouTube) disappear when I try to edit WooCommerce products. Not only do they go away, they also disappear from the content code. This happens when I save or update the product. How can I fix this?

    The theme is Divi. I am not the site owner (my role is Shop Manager), and as far as I know the owner does not have this problem. Thanks in advance!
