  Sellers are unable to sell videos in my site

  sellers in my site are complaining that they are unable to sell videos. Although the MP4 file will
  Load but can’t play nor inserted. When try to play it, the site will show ” Media error: format not supported or source not found. Please I really need help with this.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please contact support for the specific ecommerce plugin you’re using on your site.
