Media Export download interrupted

  Hello
  I am the webmaster of the site https://larouetournefestival.wordpress.com/.
  I would like to export all medias (pictures, documents…etc).

  I tried to use the function Download with the Menu. IT is French, but I guess you know where it is :”Outils > Exporter > Exporter la bibliothèque de medias”

  The download starts well, but after few minutes it is stopped with the message : “The media-export-1171145915-from-0-to-1692.tar download was interrupted.” I tried several times again yesterday and today, and it fails.

  Data size seems to be 500Mb. So if it is the size that creates problem, what are the other solutions I can have to download all medias?

  The size of it definitely shouldn’t be a problem.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  I have updated my google chrome version on windows 10, and I finally succeeded in, after several attempts.
