Media Folder

I have been trying to upload the photos into my media folder. They upload but the thumbnails are all blank and doesn’t appear on my webpage properly, sometimes won’t even let me click preview or publish.
I’ve also recently change the domain of my webpage as I’m hoping to renew and make more use of my wordpress blog that I’ve had.. Anyone can help solve this issue?
Ps. if needed, I have a Mac Ver 10.11.6

Yes I’m facing issues with that particular domain. I changed it’s name recently to that and then uploading new media into the media folder became an issue. The thumbnails are now just blank and I can’t seem to do anything nor upload them.

Where exactly are you seeing blank thumbnail images? Looking at your media library in both https://wordpress.com/media/rofinizainal.wordpress.com and in https://rofinizainal.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php I can see all the images just fine.
Please check if clearing your browser cache, or logging into a different browser, makes any difference.

Hi guys! Thanks for your replies!
The blank thumbnail images were in my media section for both wordpress and in wp-admin.
However, I’ve just tried to look at my media folder using a different network and it works fine on this. I can view my media just fine, I’m not sure why?
Do you guys have any idea why a network might not let me access or view my media? Just to have some insight on this and what I can do to potentially change it?

Hi there,
This might be due to some settings on your router or on your internet provider. I suggest rebooting your router and if that doesn’t resolve this, to contact your ISP.
