Media Function Won’t Work

  I have been in touch with at least two of the staff via e-mail. My blog is still broken. I can now do a text post but I will have to host my pictures on Flickr. My Media Library is not functioning properly and I cannot post from there.

  My HTML tab in the Add New Post window will not function and the QuickPost window will not load.

  @cowpattie
  As you have already been in touch with Staff and have received email from them in response to your support ticket you must reply directly to them by email and use the support ticket number in the subject line of the email.

  Every time support Staff deal with an issue they need to know:
  1. your browser
  2. your browser version
  3. your FULL blog address of the blog in question (not the blog name, the actual url that begins http:// Please note: there is no “www” in any wordpress.com url)
  4. your FULL username
  5. your role (Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor)
  6. the email address that you registered at wordpress.com with for the blog in question
  7. and a very good description of the exact problem

  8. any other details you can provide.
  You have already contacted Staff and they have the information your provided. There’s nothing we can do for you here on the forum.
