Media Gallery ERROR

Hello! My name is Sarah and I have another WordPress account through my Showit site. However, when trying to make a blog post today, I could not add photos to a gallery. Any type of gallery (tiled, slideshow, regular gallery) kept giving me an error message saying it could not be previewed. I could not find anywhere to add multiple photos to my post, only the single image one worked. If you could please help me with this, where as a photographer if I cannot post multiple images in a gallery that would be crippling to the website.

Hello Fresa,
I use WordPress hosting that comes through Showit.
I just kept getting an error message that I have never seen before saying that any time I wanted to add a block with an image gallery, slideshow, or tiled mosaic that it could not, yet, the individual image block worked just fine. I’ve never had problems with this in the past or even previous blog posts on this site.
